Kanye West sparks new controversy with feedback

Kanye West has sparked one other controversy after making feedback concerning the demise of George Floyd.

Floyd, a Black man, was killed following an altercation with a white police officer in Minneapolis in Could 2020.

Distressing footage emerged quickly after Floyd’s altercation with police which confirmed him being restrained on the bottom by Derek Chauvin, who positioned his knee on Floyd’s neck for over 9 minutes. Regardless of Floyd’s continued pleas that he couldn’t breathe, Chauvin continued to use stress to Floyd’s neck. An absence of oxygen prompted mind injury, coronary heart failure and finally demise.

In April 2021, Chauvin was discovered responsible of the homicide of Floyd and he was sentenced to 21 years in jail.

Now, in a brand new look on Drink Champs podcast, West has claimed that Floyd died from “Fentanyl” and mentioned {that a} police officer’s knee “wasn’t even on his neck like that.”
West made the feedback whereas discussing Candace Owens’s documentary The Best Lie Ever Bought: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM.

“They hit him with the fentanyl, for those who look the blokes knew wasn’t even on his neck like that,” West claimed.

He went on to check Floyd to designer Virgil Abloh, who died from most cancers final November earlier than happening to assault the “Jewish media” who he claims “blocked” him.

“Inform me might you even rally run this interview? Mav (Maverick Carter) didn’t even run my interview, they blocked me out, the Jewish media blocked me out. This shit is lit, proper? I’m lit proper, I’m lit” he mentioned, simply days after his social media accounts have been restricted after he made quite a lot of antisemitic feedback.
